About

A little more about me….

I have lived in the Treasure Valley for most of my life. I went away to college and received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego in 1999.  I then returned to Idaho and pursued my graduate degree from Idaho State University’s Masters Counseling Program in Boise.

While working toward my Masters Degree,  I did internships with the Women’s Minimum-Security Prison and with the Women’s and Children’s Alliance in Boise.  After graduating in 2005, I received my license and worked at an agency before leaving the field to raise my two young children.
I returned in 2014 to start my private practice in Eagle, primarily focusing on my work with adults.

I believe that every individual is unique, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for clients. I recognize the diverse ways in which people experience and interact with the world, and I emphasize helping clients to find acceptance in these differences.

My approach is rooted in understanding and empathy. I prioritize tailored strategies that honor your strengths and challenges, ensuring that your therapy experience is respectful and affirming.
